Exculpatory Provisions and Survival Thereof. Whether or not expressly therein so provided, any and all exculpatory provisions, immunities and indemnities, and any limitations and negations of liability contained in this Trust Agreement, in each case inuring to the benefit of the Trustee shall survive (i) the termination of this Trust Agreement, and (ii) as to any person who has served as Trustee, the resignation or removal of such person as Trustee.
