Execute Documents. During and after employment Executive will promptly sign any and all lawful papers, take all lawful oaths, and do all lawful acts, including testifying, at the request of Employer, in connection with the procurement, grant, enforcement, maintenance, exploitation, or defense against assertion of any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret or related rights, including applications for protection or registration thereof. Such lawful papers include, but are not limited to, any and all powers, assignments, affidavits, declarations and other papers deemed by Employer to be necessary or advisable.
Execute Documents. To execute and deliver all instruments which will accomplish or facilitate the exercise of the powers vested in the Trustee.
Execute Documents. To make, execute, acknowledge, and deliver any and all documents of transfer and conveyance and any and all other instruments that may be necessary or appropriate to carry out the powers granted in this Trust Agreement; and
Execute Documents execute such further legal or other mortgages, ----------------- charges or assignments in favour of the Security Agent or the Finance Parties; and

Execute Documents. LICENSEE will sign all documents necessary to terminate of record any of LICENSEE’s rights under this AGREEMENT; OWNER will prepare such documents at OWNER’s at expense.
Execute Documents sign any document, execute any deed and do all such other acts and things as may be considered by him to be incidental or conducive to any of the matters or powers aforesaid or to the realisation of the security of the Security Trustee and the Beneficiaries and to use the name of the Chargor for all the purposes aforesaid; and
Execute Documents. Each party must execute all documents reasonably required to effect the disposals contemplated by clauses 12.1 to 12.4.

Such lawful papers include, but are not limited to, any and all powers, assignments and other papers deemed by the Company to be necessary or advisable in connection with the filing, prosecution, or maintenance of any such patent or copyright application, or in connection with the grant of any such patents or copyrights, or in connection with the transfer of any rights to the Invention or Copyright Work.
Execute Documents. The power to execute and deliver Contracts and other documents in the ordinary course of the Operating Company’s business.
