Common use of Executed Consents Clause in Contracts

Executed Consents. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of executed consents from the Required Lenders (each a “Lender Consent”) authorizing the Administrative Agent to enter into this Amendment on their behalf.

Executed Consents. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of executed consents consents, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, from the Required Lenders (each a “Lender Consent”) authorizing the Administrative Agent to enter into this Amendment on their behalf.

Executed Consents. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of executed consents from the Required Requisite Lenders (each a “Lender Consent”) authorizing the Administrative Agent to enter into this Fourth Amendment on their behalf.
