The Administrative Agent shall have received duly executed copies of (i) this Agreement by (A) each of the Lenders, (B) each Loan Party and (C) each of the other parties party thereto and (ii) duly executed copies of each other Loan Document by each Loan Party and each of the other parties party thereto, other than those Loan Documents that are to be delivered after the Closing Date in accordance with Section 4.03.
