Common use of Executed Credit Documents Clause in Contracts

Executed Credit Documents. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of executed counterparts of this Agreement and the other Credit Documents, in each case, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders and duly executed by the appropriate parties thereto.

Executed Credit Documents. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of duly executed counterparts of copies of: (i) this Agreement Credit Agreement; (ii) the Notes; and the (iii) all other Credit DocumentsDocuments required to be delivered on or before the Effective Date, in each case, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders and duly executed by the appropriate parties theretoin its sole discretion.

Receipt by the Administrative Agent of executed counterparts of this Agreement and the other Credit DocumentsDocuments (including the IP License Agreement) and the equivalent counterpart documents for the loan transaction between the New Money Lender and the Owner Pledgor, in each case, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders and duly executed by the appropriate parties thereto.

Receipt by the Administrative Agent of duly executed counterparts copies of: (i) this Credit Agreement; (ii) a Note in favor of this Agreement each Lender requesting a Note; and the (iii) all other Credit DocumentsDocuments required to be delivered on or before the Closing Date, in each case, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders and duly executed by the appropriate parties theretoin its reasonable discretion.

Receipt by the Administrative Agent of duly executed counterparts originals of this Agreement Credit Agreement; the Notes; the Security Documents; and the all other Credit Documents, in each case, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders and duly executed by the appropriate parties theretoin its sole discretion.

Executed Credit Documents. Receipt by the The Administrative Agent Agent’s receipt of executed counterparts of this Credit Agreement and the other Credit DocumentsNotes requested by the Lenders, in each case, dated as of the Effective Date, duly executed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower and by each Lender party thereto, and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders and duly Lenders. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Credit Agreement by the appropriate parties theretotelecopy shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Credit Agreement.
