Common use of Executed Credit Documents Clause in Contracts

Receipt by the Administrative Agent of (i) multiple counterparts of this Credit Agreement and (ii) a Revolving Note for each Bank requesting one, in each case executed by a duly authorized officer of each party thereto and in each case conforming to the requirements of this Credit Agreement.
