Common use of Executed Credit Documents Clause in Contracts

Executed Credit Documents. Receipt by the Agent of duly executed copies of this Credit Agreement, the Notes, all other Credit Documents amended or otherwise modified or executed in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Credit Agreement, and each other agreement, document, certificate or instrument described on the Closing Checklist attached hereto as Exhibit K, each in form and substance acceptable to the Agent and the Lenders in their reasonable judgment.

Executed Credit Documents.
