Common use of Executed Credit Documents Clause in Contracts

Executed Credit Documents. Receipt or continued possession by the Administrative Agent of duly executed copies of: (i) this Credit Agreement, (ii) the requested Notes, (iii) the Parent Guaranty and (iv) all other Credit Documents, each in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Lenders in their sole discretion.

Executed Credit Documents. Receipt or continued possession by the Administrative Agent of duly executed copies of: (i) this Credit Agreement, ; (ii) the requested Notes, ; (iii) the Parent Guaranty Collateral Documents; and (iv) all other Credit Documents, each in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Lenders in their sole discretionAdministrative Agent and the Lenders; provided that, receipt by the Administrative Agent of an executed signature page to this Credit Agreement from a Lender shall be deemed approval by such Lender of the form and substance of the Credit Documents.

Receipt or continued possession by the Administrative Agent of duly executed copies of: (i) this Credit Agreement, (ii) the requested Notes, (iii) an amended and restated Guaranty Agreement by the Parent Guaranty Company of the Borrower Obligations of FCP, and (iv) all other Credit Documents, each in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Lenders in their sole discretion.
