Executed Joinder Sample Clauses

Executed Joinder. The Agent shall have received a duly executed copy of the Guarantor Accession joining each of Beech Medical Properties, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, Creekside Medical Properties, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company, and Reno Medical Properties, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, to the Subsidiary Guaranty, and all related documents as reasonably requested by the Agent pursuant to Section 5.33 of the Credit Agreement.
