Common use of Executed Software License Agreement Clause in Contracts

Executed Software License Agreement. The Software and Documentation may have been licensed under a fully executed software license agreement (“Executed Software License Agreement”). In the event that you have licensed this Software under an Executed Software License Agreement, the terms of such Executed Software License Agreement shall govern your installation and use of the Software and Documentation exclusively. In all other cases, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall govern your installation and use of the Software and Documentation.
