Executing Material Completion Certificates by the Owner. When the Design Professional completes the Final Punch List (Five (5) days allowed), the Owner, Contractor, Design Professional and Program Manager, if applicable, are prepared to execute the Material Completion Certificates (See Section 7 Forms) for occupancy. The Owner administers the execution and distribution of the Material Completion certificates on the Material Completion date.
