Executing the Contract. (a) Each party must do all things and execute all documents necessary to give full effect to its obligations under the Contract and the transactions contemplated by it. (b) The Contract may be executed in any number of counterparts and all counterparts, taken together, constitute one instrument. A party may execute the Contract by signing any counterpart.
