EXECUTION AND ANNEXES. To acknowledge acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the terms and conditions of all at annexes hereto, please initial each page and sign of this letter in the space indicated below and return one original/digital copy to Le Xxxx Xxxx, Project Finance Administrator, WWF-Viet Nam. This Agreement may be withdrawn if CRET.HUE’S acceptance has not been received by WWF-Viet Nam within *[10] days from the date of this Agreement. Furthermore, the modification of this Agreement, manually or otherwise, shall not be considered valid until countersigned by WWF-Viet Nam.

  • Schedules and Exhibits All of the schedules and exhibits attached to this Agreement shall be deemed incorporated herein by reference.

  • Priority of agreements, clauses and schedules 1.4.1 This Agreement, and all other agreements and documents forming part of or referred to in this Agreement are to be taken as mutually explanatory and, unless otherwise expressly provided elsewhere in this Agreement, the priority of this Agreement and other documents and agreements forming part hereof or referred to herein shall, in the event of any conflict between them, be in the following order:
