Execution and Authentication of Bonds. Each Bond shall be signed by the Chairman of the Authority and attested by the Secretary of the Authority in their official capacities (provided that any or all of those signatures may be facsimiles) and shall bear the seal or a facsimile of the seal, if any, of the Authority.
