Execution and Authentication of Certificates. Concurrently with the transfer and delivery of the Underlying Agency Securities and all related documents and instruments, the Trustee has executed, authenticated and delivered, to or upon the order of the Company, the Certificates duly executed and authenticated by the Trustee in authorized Percentage Interests, registered in such names as the Company has requested.
