Execution and Authentication of Certificates. The Trustee shall deliver to or upon the order of the Seller, in exchange for the Mortgage Loans and the other assets comprising the Trust, simultaneously with the sale, assignment and transfer to the Trustee of the Mortgage Loans, Certificates duly executed by the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee, and authenticated by the Trustee, pursuant to Section 6.01, in authorized denominations, equaling, 100% of the Percentage Interests in each Class, and collectively evidencing the entire ownership of the Trust.
