Execution and Authentication of Warrants. (a) Warrants shall be executed on behalf of the Company by any of the Chairman, its Chief Executive Officer, its Chief Financial Officer, its Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, or its Controller and attested by its Secretary or any one of its Assistant Secretaries. The signature of any of these officers on any Warrant may be manual or facsimile. Typographical and other minor errors or defects in any such signature shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any Warrant that has been duly authenticated and delivered by the Warrant Agent.
