Execution and Countersignature of Warrant Certificates. Warrant ------------------------------------------------------ Certificates shall be executed on behalf of the Bank by its Chief Executive Officer, President or any Vice President and attested by its Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, and delivered to the Warrant Agent, and shall be countersigned and delivered by the Warrant Agent upon the written order of the Bank signed by any such officer of the Bank.
