Execution and Countersignature. (a) Execution by the Company. At least one Officer shall sign the Warrant Certificates for the Company by manual or facsimile signature. If an Officer whose signature is on a Warrant Certificate no longer holds that office at the time the Warrant Agent countersigns the Warrant Certificate, the Warrants evidenced by such Warrant Certificate shall be valid nevertheless.
