Common use of Execution and Delivery of the Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Execution and Delivery of the Guarantee. (1) To further evidence the Guarantee set forth in this First Supplemental Indenture, each Guarantor hereby agrees that a notation of such Guarantee shall be endorsed on each Security authenticated and delivered by the Trustee and executed by either manual or facsimile signature of an officer, manager or member, as applicable, of each Guarantor.

(1) To further evidence the Guarantee set forth in this First Fifth Supplemental Indenture, each the Additional Guarantor hereby agrees that a notation of such Guarantee shall be endorsed on each Security authenticated and delivered by the Trustee and executed by either manual or facsimile signature of an officer, manager or member, as applicable, of each the Additional Guarantor.

(1) To further evidence the Guarantee set forth in this First Second Supplemental Indenture, each Additional Guarantor hereby agrees that a notation of such Guarantee shall be endorsed on each Security authenticated and delivered by the Trustee and executed by either manual or facsimile signature of an officer, manager or member, as applicable, of each Additional Guarantor.

Execution and Delivery of the Guarantee. (1) To further evidence the Guarantee set forth in this First Supplemental IndentureArticle, each Guarantor hereby agrees that a notation of such Guarantee substantially in the form of Exhibit 2 shall be endorsed on each Security authenticated and delivered by the Trustee and executed by either manual or facsimile signature of an officer, manager or member, as applicable, of each Guarantor.

(1) To further evidence the Guarantee set forth in this First Fourth Supplemental Indenture, each the Additional Guarantor hereby agrees that a notation of such Guarantee shall be endorsed on each Security authenticated and delivered by the Trustee and executed by either manual or facsimile signature of an officer, manager or member, as applicable, of each the Additional Guarantor.
