Common use of Execution and Enforceability of Documents Clause in Contracts

Execution and Enforceability of Documents. This Agreement has been duly executed and delivered by it and all other documents required hereunder to be executed and delivered by it at Closing pursuant hereto shall be duly executed and delivered. This Agreement does, and such documents will, constitute legal, valid and binding obligations of it enforceable in accordance with their respective terms, subject to the qualification that their enforceability may be limited by rules of equity and by insolvency, bankruptcy and other laws of general application affecting the enforcement of creditors' rights;
