Common use of Execution and Enforceability of Documents Clause in Contracts

Execution and Enforceability of Documents. This Agreement has been duly executed and delivered by Purchaser and all documents required hereunder to be executed and delivered by Purchaser shall have been duly executed and delivered. This Agreement does, and such documents will, constitute legal, valid and binding obligations of Purchaser enforceable in accordance with their respective terms, subject to bankruptcy, insolvency, preference, reorganization, moratorium and other similar laws affecting creditors' rights generally and the discretion of courts with respect to equitable or discretionary remedies and defences;
