Execution and Filing of. (A) Quadruplicate
(i) one (1) copy retained by the Theatre; and
(ii) one (1) copy filed with PACT by the Theatre; and
(iii) one (1) copy filed with Equity by the Theatre; and
(iv) one (1) copy retained by the Artist.
