Execution and Performance of Agreement. Xxxxxxx and PPD each represents and warrants to the other that it has full right, power and authority to enter into and perform its obligations under this Agreement. PPD and Xxxxxxx each further represents and warrants to the other that the performance of its obligations under this Agreement will not result in a violation or breach of, and will not conflict with or constitute a default under any agreement, contract, commitment or obligation by which such Party is bound.
