Execution and Term of BSO Agreement. The BSO Agreement(s) shall become effective upon approval by the respective public utility commissions, and shall continue in effect until terminated by KWAPA, UKWUA or PacifiCorp consistent with the termination rights specified in the BSO Agreement(s). The execution of the BSO Agreement(s) is subject to the demonstration to PacifiCorp by KWAPA and UKWUA of their legal and financial ability to fulfill the requirements of this Section.
