The Notes shall be executed in the name and on behalf of the Authority by the manual or facsimile signature of an Authorized Representative of the Authority. Any Note may be signed (manually or by facsimile) or attested on behalf of the Authority by any person who, at the date of such act, shall hold the proper office or position, notwithstanding that at the date of authentication, issuance or delivery, such person may have ceased to hold such office or position.
