Execution, Authentication and Delivery of Notes. The Notes shall be signed in the name and on behalf of the Company by the manual or facsimile signature of any Officer. Notes bearing the manual or facsimile signatures of an individual who was at any time a proper Officer shall bind the Company, notwithstanding that such individual has ceased to hold such office prior to the delivery of such Notes or did not hold such office as of the date of such Notes.
