Execution by Affiliates. A Vendor affiliate or Sourcewell or Member affiliate may sign a Participation Agreement in its own name, and such affiliate contract will be a separate but associated contract incorporating the terms of this Contract. Sourcewell and Sourcewell Members will cause their respective affiliates to comply with any such separate and associated contract, as shall Vendor with respect to its affiliates.
Execution by Affiliates. An AT&T Affiliate or Customer Affiliate may sign a Pricing Schedule in its own name, and such Affiliate contract will be a separate but associated contract incorporating the terms of this Agreement. Customer and AT&T will cause their respective Affiliates to comply with any such separate and associated contract.
Execution by Affiliates. Any Affiliate of Pfizer (as defined in Section 15.2, Affiliates) may execute a Study Order under this Agreement, without requiring Pfizer to be a signatory to that Study Order.
Execution by Affiliates. An Affiliate or Customer Affiliate may sign a Pricing Schedule in its own name, and such Affiliate contract will be a separate but associated contract incorporating the terms of this Agreement. Customer and will cause their respective Affiliates to comply with any such separate and associated contract.
Execution by Affiliates. Each of Customer's Affiliates which receives any of the Services shall be required to execute an Affiliate Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto. In no event shall FDR be required to perform any of the Services for any such Affiliate prior to the execution of an Affiliate Agreement by such Affiliate. All representations, warranties and covenants set forth in this Agreement shall be deemed given and made by Customer's Affiliate upon execution of an Affiliate Agreement.
Execution by Affiliates. If any of Customer's Issuer Affiliates or Customer's Merchant Affiliates elect to receive any of the Services, each such Customer's Issuer Affiliate and Customer's Merchant Affiliate shall be required to execute an Affiliate Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit B hereto. In no event shall FDR be required to perform any of the Services for any such Customer's Issuer Affiliate or Customer's Merchant Affiliates prior to the execution of an Affiliate Agreement by such Customer's Issuer Affiliate and Customer's Merchant Affiliate.
Execution by Affiliates. An INNOVATIVE NETWORKS LLC Affiliate or Customer Affiliate may sign a Pricing Schedule referencing this Agreement in its own name and such Affiliate contract will be a separate, but associated, contract incorporating the terms of this Master Agreement with respect to that Pricing Schedule. Customer and INNOVATIVE NETWORKS LLC will arrange to have their respective Affiliates comply with this Agreement, regardless of whether an Affiliate has signed a Pricing Schedule.
