Execution by Company. The execution of this Agreement by Company shall constitute an acceptance of, and an agreement to be bound by, the terms and provisions of this Agreement by Company and each of its direct and indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries, and Company hereby agrees to cause each of its direct and indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries, now and in the future, to fully comply with all obligations applicable to the Company pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
