Execution by Fax and Counterpart. 23.1 This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which, when so executed, shall be an original, but all counterparts shall together constitute one and the same instrument. 23.2 The Parties agree that a facsimile copy of this Agreement, including its signature pages, shall be deemed to be an original, however, notwithstanding this, the Parties shall arrange to deliver original signed copies of the Agreement to each other as soon as practicable after signing.

  • Execution by Counterparts This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, and upon execution by all Parties, each executed counterpart shall have the same force and effect as an original instrument and as if all Parties had signed the same instrument. Any signature page of this Agreement may be detached from any counterpart of this Agreement without impairing the legal effect of any signatures thereon, and may be attached to another counterpart of this Agreement identical in form hereto but having attached to it one or more signature pages.

  • Execution and Counterparts This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, all of which when taken together shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when counterparts have been signed by each party and delivered to the other party, it being understood that both parties need not sign the same counterpart.
