Execution by Other Sellers Sample Clauses

The 'Execution by Other Sellers' clause defines the process by which parties other than the primary seller may execute the agreement or related documents. In practice, this clause allows for multiple sellers, such as co-owners or joint venture partners, to sign the contract separately or through designated representatives. This ensures that all necessary parties are legally bound by the agreement, facilitating transactions involving multiple sellers and preventing disputes over authorization or enforceability.
