Common use of Execution by the Collateral Agent, the Collateral Administrator and the Securities Intermediary Clause in Contracts

Execution by the Collateral Agent, the Collateral Administrator and the Securities Intermediary. The Collateral Agent, the Collateral Administrator and the Securities Intermediary are executing this Agreement solely in their capacity as Collateral Agent, Collateral Administrator and Securities Intermediary hereunder and in no event shall have any obligation to make any Advance, provide any Advance or perform any obligation of the Administrative Agent or the Lenders hereunder.
