Common use of Execution by the Company Clause in Contracts

Execution by the Company. The Company, by its execution in the space provided below, agrees that it will cause the certificates evidencing the Shares issued after the date hereof to bear the legend required by Section 4 hereof, and it shall supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement to any holder of a certificate evidencing shares of capital stock of the Company upon written request from such holder to the Company at its principal office. The Parties hereto do hereby agree that the failure to cause the certificates evidencing the Shares to bear the legend required by Section 4 hereof and/or failure of the Company to supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement, as provided under this Section 7, shall not affect the validity or enforcement of this Agreement.

Execution by the Company. The Company, by its execution in the space provided below, agrees that it will cause the certificates evidencing the Shares issued after the date hereof to bear the legend required by Section 4 5 hereof, and it shall supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement to any holder of a certificate evidencing shares of capital stock of the Company upon written request from such holder to the Company at its principal office. The Parties hereto do hereby agree that the failure to cause the certificates evidencing the Shares to bear the legend required by Section 4 5 hereof and/or failure of the Company to supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement, as provided under this Section 710, shall not affect the validity or enforcement of this Agreement.

Execution by the Company. The Parties hereto do hereby agree that the failure to cause the certificates evidencing the Shares to bear the legend required by Section 4 5 hereof and/or failure of the Company to supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement, as provided under this Section 79, shall not affect the validity or enforcement of this Agreement.

Execution by the Company. The Company, by its execution in the space provided below, agrees that it will cause the certificates evidencing the Shares issued after the date hereof to bear the legend required by Section 4 6 hereof, and it shall supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement to any holder of a certificate evidencing shares of capital stock of the Company upon written request from such holder to the Company at its principal office. The Parties hereto do hereby agree that the failure to cause the certificates evidencing the Shares to bear the legend required by Section 4 6 hereof and/or failure of the Company to supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement, as provided under this Section 76, shall not affect the validity or enforcement of this Agreement.

Execution by the Company. The Company, by its execution in the space provided belowand delivery of this Agreement, agrees that it will cause the certificates evidencing the Shares issued after the date hereof evidencing the shares of Class B Common Stock to bear the legend required by Section 4 hereofherein, and it shall supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement to any holder of a certificate evidencing shares of capital stock of the Company upon written request from such holder to the Company Company, at its principal office. The Parties parties hereto do hereby agree that the failure to cause the certificates evidencing the Shares to bear the legend required by Section 4 hereof herein and/or failure of the Company to supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement, Agreement as provided under this Section 7, 10 shall not affect the validity or enforcement of this Agreement.

Execution by the Company. The Company, by its execution in the space provided below, agrees that it will cause the certificates evidencing the Shares issued after the date hereof to bear the legend required by Section 4 hereof5 herein, and it shall supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement to any holder of a certificate evidencing shares of capital stock of the Company Shares containing such legend upon written request from such holder to the Company at its principal office. The Parties parties hereto do hereby agree that the failure to cause the certificates evidencing the appropriate Shares to bear the legend required by Section 4 hereof 5 herein and/or failure of the Company to supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement, Agreement as provided under this Section 7, 6 shall not affect the validity or enforcement of this Agreement.

Execution by the Company. The Company, by its execution in the space provided below, agrees that it will cause the certificates evidencing the Shares issued after the date hereof shares of Common Stock to bear the legend required by Section 4 hereof5 herein, and it shall supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement to any holder of a certificate evidencing shares of capital stock of the Company upon written request from such holder to the Company at its principal office. The Parties hereto do hereby agree that the failure to cause the certificates evidencing the Shares shares of Common Stock to bear the legend required by Section 4 hereof 5 herein and/or failure of the Company to supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement, Agreement as provided under this Section 7, 10 shall not affect the validity or enforcement of this Agreement.

Execution by the Company. The Company, by its execution in the space provided below, further agrees that it will cause the certificates evidencing the Shares issued after the date hereof evidencing the Common Holder Shares to bear the legend required by Section 4 2.2 hereof, and it shall supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement to any holder of a certificate evidencing shares of capital stock of the Company Common Holder Shares upon written request from such holder to the Company at its principal office. The Parties parties hereto do hereby agree that the failure to cause the certificates evidencing the Common Holder Shares to bear the legend required by Section 4 2.2 hereof and/or failure of the Company to supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement, as provided under this Section 72.7, shall not affect the validity or enforcement of this Agreement.

Execution by the Company. The Company, by its execution in the space provided belowof this Agreement, agrees that it will cause the certificates evidencing the Shares issued after the date hereof evidencing the Securities to bear the legend required by Section 4 5 hereof, and it shall supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement to any holder of a certificate evidencing shares of capital stock of the Company upon written request from such holder to the Company at its principal office. The Parties hereto do hereby agree that the failure to cause the certificates evidencing the Shares Securities to bear the legend required by Section 4 5 hereof and/or failure of the Company to supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement, as provided under this Section 710, shall not affect the validity or enforcement of this Agreement.

The Parties hereto do hereby agree that the failure to cause the certificates evidencing the Shares shares of Common Stock to bear the legend required by Section 4 hereof 3 of this Agreement and/or failure of the Company to supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement, Agreement as provided under this Section 7, 10 shall not affect the validity or enforcement of this Agreement.

The Parties hereto do hereby agree that the failure to cause the certificates evidencing the Shares to bear the legend required by Section 4 5 hereof and/or failure of the Company to supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement, as provided under this Section 79, shall not affect the validity or enforcement of this Agreement.

Execution by the Company. Execution by the Company. The Company, by its execution in the space provided below, agrees that it will cause the certificates evidencing the Shares issued after and the date hereof Company’s register of members to bear the legend required by Section 4 hereof12 herein, and it shall supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement to any holder of a certificate evidencing shares of capital stock of the Company Shares containing such legend upon written request from such holder to the Company at its principal office. The Parties parties hereto do hereby agree that the failure to cause the certificates evidencing the appropriate Shares to bear the legend required by Section 4 hereof 12 herein and/or failure of the Company to supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement, Agreement as provided under this Section 7, 17 shall not affect the validity or enforcement of this Agreement.

Execution by the Company. The Company, by its execution in the space provided below, agrees that it will cause the certificates certificate(s) evidencing the Shares issued after the date hereof shares of Common Stock to bear the legend required by Section 4 hereof2 herein, and it shall supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement to any holder of a certificate evidencing shares of capital stock of the Company upon written request from such holder to the Company at its principal office. The Parties parties hereto do hereby agree that the failure to cause the certificates evidencing the Shares shares of Common Stock to bear the legend required by Section 4 hereof 2 herein and/or failure of the Company to supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement, Agreement as provided under this Section 7, 2 shall not affect the validity or enforcement enforceability of this Agreement.

Execution by the Company. The Company, by its execution in the space provided below, agrees that it will cause the certificates evidencing the Shares issued after the date hereof evidencing the Shares to bear the legend required by Section 4 hereof5, and it shall supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement to any holder of a certificate evidencing shares of capital stock of the Company upon written request from such holder to the Company at its principal office. The Parties parties hereto do hereby agree that the failure to cause the certificates evidencing the Shares to bear the legend required by Section 4 hereof 5 and/or failure of the Company to supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement, as provided under this Section 77(q), shall not affect the validity or enforcement of this Agreement.

Execution by the Company. The Company, by its execution in the space provided below, agrees that it will cause the certificates evidencing the Shares issued after the date hereof of this Agreement to bear the legend required by Section 4 hereof4.10, and it shall supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement to any holder of a certificate evidencing shares of capital stock of the Company Shares upon written request from such the holder to the Company at its principal office. The Parties hereto do hereby to this Agreement agree that the failure to cause the certificates evidencing the Shares issued after the date of this Agreement to bear the legend required by Section 4 hereof and/or 4.10 and the failure of the Company to supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement, Agreement as provided under this Section 7, 4.11 shall not affect the validity or enforcement of this Agreement.

Execution by the Company. The Company, by its execution in the space provided below, agrees that it will cause the certificates evidencing the Shares issued after the date hereof Common Stock to bear the legend required by Section 4 3(f) hereof, and it shall supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement to any holder of a certificate evidencing shares of capital stock of the Company upon written request from such holder to the Company at its principal office. The Parties parties hereto do hereby agree that the failure to cause the certificates evidencing the Shares Common Stock to bear the legend required by Section 4 3(f) hereof and/or failure of the Company to supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement, as provided under this Section 71(f), shall not affect the validity or enforcement of this Agreement.
