Common use of Execution by the Company Clause in Contracts

Execution by the Company. The Company shall cause the certificates evidencing the Shares to bear the legends required by Section 9 of this Agreement, and it shall supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement to any holder of a certificate evidencing Shares upon written request from such holder to the Company at its principal office. The failure of the certificates evidencing the Shares to bear the legend required by Section 9 herein and the failure of the Company to supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement as provided under this Section 9 shall not affect the validity or enforcement of this Agreement.

Execution by the Company. The Company shall agrees that it will cause the certificates evidencing the Shares shares of Capital Stock to bear the legends legend required by Section 9 of this Agreement9, and it shall supply, free of charge, a copy of this Agreement to any holder of a certificate evidencing Shares shares of Capital Stock upon written request from such holder to the Company at its principal office.
