Execution/Consideration. This Agreement is executed by the parties hereto without coercion or duress for any substantial consideration, the sufficiency of which is forever confessed.
Execution/Consideration. In addition to the Deposits referenced below, within three (3) business days after the Opening of Escrow (as defined in Section 3.1), Xxxxxx Homes shall deposit into Escrow (as defined in Section 3.1) the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) (the “Execution Consideration”). The Execution Consideration constitutes, in addition to the covenants and conditions contained in this Agreement, consideration for entering into this Agreement with Xxxxxx Homes and giving Xxxxxx Homes the opportunity to examine the feasibility of acquiring the District Property. In the event of the Close of Escrow, the Parties agree that the Execution Consideration will not apply toward the DP Exchange Value. However, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, if this Agreement is terminated for any reason whatsoever, the District shall receive the Execution Consideration.
Execution/Consideration. In consideration for your agreement, by the Date of Grant, to the restrictive covenants in Section 1 of this Agreement, you will receive a lump sum cash payment equal to $ (the “Execution Consideration”), payable within 30 days following the Date of Grant.
