The Owner Trustee shall issue and execute, and the Indenture Trustee shall authenticate and deliver, the Certificates for original issuance upon payment of an amount equal to the aggregate original principal amount of the Series SWA 1995 Trust N605SW-I Certificates to be issued at such time in the manner contemplated by Section 2 of the Participation Agreement. Each Certificate issued hereunder shall be dated the Delivery Date, and the Indenture Trustee shall note thereon, if issued after the Delivery Date, the date through which has been paid interest thereon.
