Common use of Execution, Delivery and Enforceability Clause in Contracts

Execution, Delivery and Enforceability. This Amendment has been duly and validly executed and delivered by the Borrower and constitutes its legal, valid and binding obligation, enforceable against the Borrower in accordance with its terms.

This Amendment has been duly and validly executed and delivered by the Borrower and the Guarantors and constitutes its their legal, valid and binding obligationobligations, enforceable against the Borrower and the Guarantors in accordance with its terms, except as such enforceability may be limited by applicable Debtor Relief Laws and by general principles of equity.
