Common use of Execution; Delivery of Instruments and Assistance Clause in Contracts

Execution; Delivery of Instruments and Assistance. The Sellers and the Buyer shall each execute, acknowledge and deliver, or cause to be executed, acknowledged and delivered, such instruments and take such other actions as may be necessary or advisable to carry out their obligations under this Agreement and the Agency Agreement and under any document, certificate or other instrument delivered pursuant hereto or thereto or required by Applicable Law.
