Execution; Electronic Transactions. This ISA may be executed electronically or manually. Execution may be completed in counterparts (including both counterparts that are executed on paper and counterparts that are electronic records and executed electronically), which together constitute a single agreement. Any copy of this ISA (including a copy printed from an image of this ISA that has been stored electronically) shall have the same legal effect as an original.
