Execution in Counterpart, Facsimile and/or Scanned. Copy. The Parties understand and agree that this Settlement Agreement may be executed in counterparts and the signature pages may be transmitted by facsimile or scanned copy. The Parties acknowledge that a copy or facsimile of a signature on this Settlement Agreement shall have the same force and effect as an original ink signature. As so executed, the Settlement Agreement shall constitute one agreement binding on all parties.
