Execution in Counterparts; Binding Effect. This Agreement may be executed via facsimile and in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which together shall be considered one and the same agreement, and shall become a binding agreement when one or more counterparts have been signed by each party and delivered to the other party.
