Common use of Execution in Counterparts; Effectiveness Clause in Contracts

Execution in Counterparts; Effectiveness. This Agreement may be executed by the parties hereto in several counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original and all of which shall constitute together but one and the same agreement. This Agreement shall become effective when either the Agreement has been signed by all the parties or, where execution is in counterparts, when counterparts hereof have been executed by each of the parties and notice of such execution shall have been given by each party to the other parties.
