Execution of Agreement and Completion of Signature Page Schedules. Each Stockholder and Optionholder shall have executed and delivered its, his or her signature pages(s) to this Agreement or the Purchase and Sale Agreement or both such agreements, such that all issued and outstanding shares of Series A Preferred Stock, vested Common Stock and vested Options will be contributed to Laredo hereunder and/or sold to LPI under the Purchase and Sale Agreement at Closing. Each Contributor shall have completed the schedule attached to such Contributor’s signature page hereto.
