Common use of Execution of Agreement; Counterparts Clause in Contracts

Execution of Agreement; Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed and delivered (including by facsimile transmission) in two or more counterparts, each of which when executed shall be deemed to be an original and all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument. This Agreement shall become effective when counterparts have been signed by each of the parties hereto and delivered to the other parties hereto; it being understood that all parties hereto need not sign the same counterpart. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this Agreement by facsimile shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Agreement.
