Common use of Execution of Agreement; Lender Addenda Clause in Contracts

Execution of Agreement; Lender Addenda. On or prior to the Restatement Effective Date the Administrative Agent shall have received (i) a counterpart of this Agreement executed and delivered by the Company and (ii) Lender Addenda appropriately completed and executed by Lenders under the Original Credit Agreement constituting the Required Lenders.
