Execution of Agreement; Notes. On or prior to the Effective Date, (i) this Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall have been executed and delivered and (ii) there shall have been delivered to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Lender which has requested the same the appropriate Note, in each case executed by the Borrower and in the amount, maturity and as otherwise provided herein.
