Common use of Execution of Agreements Clause in Contracts

Execution of Agreements. (i) The Developer shall have executed and delivered to Authority copy of the Escrow Agreement if required under the SCDA; (ii) The Developer shall have delivered to Authority, a copy of the shareholders’ agreement, between the shareholders of the Developer, duly executed by each of the parties thereto; (iii) The Developer shall have executed and delivered to Authority copy of the Station Facility Management Agreement;
