Common use of Execution of Amendments and Supplemental Indentures Clause in Contracts

Execution of Amendments and Supplemental Indentures. In executing or accepting the additional trusts created by any amendment of this Indenture or Indenture Supplement permitted by this Article IX or the modifications thereby of the trusts created by this Indenture, the Indenture Trustee will be entitled to receive, and (subject to Section 701 or the applicable provisions of the related Asset Pool Supplement) will be fully protected in relying upon, an Opinion of Counsel stating that the execution of such amendment or Indenture Supplement is authorized or permitted by this Indenture and that all conditions precedent thereto have been satisfied. The Indenture Trustee may, but will not (except to the extent required in the case of an amendment or Indenture Supplement entered into under Subsections 901(d) or 901(f)) be obligated to, enter into any such amendment or Indenture Supplement which affects the Indenture Trustee’s own rights, duties or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise.
