Common use of Execution of Amendments and Supplemental Indentures Clause in Contracts

Execution of Amendments and Supplemental Indentures. In executing any amendment to this Indenture, the Notes or any supplemental indenture pursuant to Section 9.01 of this Indenture, the Trustee shall be entitled to receive, and (subject to Section 7.01) shall be fully protected in relying upon (i) an Officer's Certificate stating that all conditions precedent for entering into such amendment or supplemental indenture as set forth in the Indenture have been met and (ii) an Opinion of Counsel stating that the execution of such amendment to this Indenture, the Note, or any supplemental indenture is authorized or permitted by this Indenture. The Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any supplemental indenture which affects the Trustee's own rights, duties, protections, or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise.
