Common use of Execution of Amendments and Supplemental Indentures Clause in Contracts

Execution of Amendments and Supplemental Indentures. In executing any amendment to this Indenture or any supplemental indenture pursuant to Section 9.01 of this Indenture, the Indenture Trustee shall be entitled to receive, and (subject to Section 7.01) shall be fully protected in relying upon, an Opinion of Counsel stating that the execution of such amendment to this Indenture or any supplemental indenture is authorized or permitted by this Indenture. The Indenture Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any supplemental indenture which affects the Indenture Trustee's own rights, duties, protections, or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise.
